Wrapsee is made by Ranne Studio FZE (United Arab Emirates). Contact: support@rannestudio.com. This policy covers the Wrapsee iOS app and this website.
What the app collects
- Your car photos. The photo you add, and the rendered results. They are uploaded to our server to produce the render and stored in a private bucket tied to your account so your garage works across devices.
- An anonymous account id. The app creates an anonymous account on first launch. No name, email or phone number. If you choose "Keep my credits" (Sign in with Apple, which keeps your plan and garage), we store the Apple user identifier only; we request no email or name.
- Purchases. Which plan you subscribed to and when it renews, through Apple and RevenueCat, so we can open your monthly renders and handle refunds.
- Usage events. Which screens and features are used (for example "render started", "share tapped"), without screen recordings and without the photo. Used to improve the app.
- Push token. Only if you allow notifications, so we can tell you a render is ready.
- Car details you type (make, model, year, a name), optional. Stored with that car in your garage, used in the render prompt and in the "render ready" notification text.
- An install identifier. A random id stored in the keychain, tied to your account, used only to spot abuse across reinstalls.
- Location, only if you tap "Find an installer" and allow it, used on the phone to sort shops by distance. It is never sent to us.
Who processes it
- Supabase: hosting, authentication, database and photo storage.
- Google (Gemini image model): your photo and the parts you picked are sent to produce the render. We use the paid tier, on which Google states it does not use the data to train its models.
- Apple and RevenueCat: in-app purchases.
- PostHog: usage events.
- Apple Push Notification service: "render ready" notifications, if enabled.
We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we don't use your data for advertising or tracking across apps.
License plates
By default the app blurs license plates before the photo leaves your phone. You can turn this off in Profile. The render keeps whatever is in the photo you send; it never invents a plate.
Where to buy links
Links to sellers open the seller's website. Some are affiliate links: we may earn a commission, the price is the same for you. We pass only an affiliate tag, never your data.
Retention and deletion
- Delete a single render from the Garage at any time; its files are removed from our storage.
- Profile → "Delete account and data" removes your photos, renders, car details, push token and account immediately. What is left of the current period is lost; refunds go through Apple.
- On accounts without an Apple ID link, photos and renders are deleted 90 days after they were created. Link an Apple ID to keep your garage. Purchase records are kept as long as the account exists, for refunds and support.
- Usage events are kept for 12 months.
Your rights
Email us to get a copy of what we hold or to have it removed. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Children
Wrapsee is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
This website
The website stores no cookies and collects no personal data. The host (Vercel) keeps standard server logs for security.

We'll update this page and the date above when anything changes. Material changes are announced in the app.
